Please follow these Protos Backup Plans if you experience any of the following:

  • You are not able to clock into Protos at the beginning of your shift using the Protos app. 
  • You are not able to clock out of Protos at the end of your shift. 
  • You are not able to complete your hourly “check in” process with Protos (only applies to certain job sites) 
  • Your cell phone does not have a signal which prevents you from accomplishing any or all of the above using the Protos App. 

When you are not able to clock in for your shift using Protos for ANY reason, you must follow these back up instructions immediately – Do Not Waste Time – Take a Screen Shot of the spinning Icon on the Protos App and Follow Instructions below Right Away:

STEP 2: Click on this phone number to Call  866-403-9630

  • DO NOT choose the first option (which is to press 2 for the Protos IVR)Wait for the option that will connect you with the Dispatch Operations Center.
  • When you hear “Press 1 for the Dispatch Operations Center” Then press 1
  • Wait until you hear “Press 4 for “Anything Else” then Press 4 for this option to connect to a Protos Team member who will manually log you in or out for your shift. 

They will ask you for your Site Pin Number and will help you with any Log in, Log out, or Check in process. 

NOT FOLLOWING THIS PROCESS ABOVE MAY RESULT IN YOU NOT RECIEVING PAYMENT FOR MISSED TIME DURING YOUR SHIFT.
